TERA PC - General Discussion: Entitled Gamers

Okay, I'm sick of seeing people whine on the forums about eme, bluehole and the financial decisions they make for tera. "ahh wahhwahh wahh" All I see is people whining about the store and monetizing. Do you honestly think the companies give two hoots about entitled players that don't pay for their games? Do you honestly think they care about your moralizing and arbitrary values you put on their content? I hate to break it to you but youre irrelevant. Your moralizing, your arbitrary judgments, your pointless opinions mean nothing to them. These companies owe you nothing more than what is said on the package. You've all deluded yourselves into believing these companies owe you something in their game. They owe you NOTHING more than what they promise you in the terms.

I spend usually 200 to 800 dollars a month on tera and even I know my opinion is meaningless to them. And yet players that openlysay they wont pay for things expect companies conform to their arbitrary values. What a joke. Money talks a lot more than your morals and expectations.

Grow up. These companies are nice enough to provde you with a free game that you [filtered] on and then expect them to conform to your demands. No wonderdevs dislike youentitled players. Youre all asking for free handouts. Stop bullsi**ing everyone.

What company wouldlisten to people that don't pay or have stopped paying for their product based on arbitrary morals?
You're all entitled and deserve everything you get. Youmade your bed, now lie in it.

whales... whales never change. Same thing diferent game.
Ive being playing games for 35 years but this trend of "I burn my muney cause I use my father credit card" started a decade ago or so.
Funny thing is the need to justify ur waste of money like ur doing for a greater good or something. With 800$/month u can buy and profit stocks on better companies btw.

And here's the flipside of that argument: if you're going to drop exhorbitant sums of money on the product regardless, why should the devs/publishers change or fix anything? Your "argument" smacks of "Free product - don't complain!", which isn't really how the real world works. If someone offers you a free sandwich, but it's covered in mold, grime, and all other assorted nastiness, would you not say something about the state of the sandwich if nothing else, even if it's free?

Also, I didn't know that wanting a product to work as advertised/intended qualified as being entitled. Learn something new every day, I suppose.

If you don't like how this game work don't play it. Why all of you cry about changes and sh*its? Is a free game, there is nothing p2w in it only if you make it that way. There are so many game out there who literally are p2w, go play them if you don't like tera.. This is an old game, don't expect too much but in my opinion its enough what offer. its pretty easy to enchant or get bis items. So stop bla bla bla and play or leave. Easy and done

-PEOPLE WON'T STOP WHINING ON THESE FORUMS, I'M SO SICK OF IT

proceeds to whine on the forums

Also, hate to break it to you but it goes both ways. Krafton isn't a messiah giving plebs the opportunity to play their wonderful games. They're a company seeking profit, which is kinda what companies are known for. They need to keep people interested and somewhat satisfied in order to stay profiting.

Losing the players who spend $0 or casually spend a few bucks means losing most of the game's population when it comes to F2P games, which ends up affecting whales who will lose interest in the game. Most companies understand this and base their development and marketing decisions around it.

But sure, keep preaching about the almighty Krafton and how they're allowing commoners to access their wonderful games that have a perfect marketing model which can never be criticized.

Instead of wasting 800 dollars a month on Tera, could you start paying my mortgage?

What company wouldlisten to people that don't pay or have stopped paying for their product

You kind of answered your own question earlier.

Money talks a lot more than your morals and expectations.

In conclusion, all I got from your rant is that you don't have a realistic concept of the value of money.

Everyone can just leave this thread now.

This guy tells others to "Grow up" ... and right after that, proceeds to say "these companies are NICE ENOUGH to provide you with a free game"
that sentiment right there, tells you a lot about this person.

Nice enough ... ehehe hehehee .. a company .. nice enough ...

Spending up to $800 on pixels every month.

Very wise investment...

Check the user's post history. It's clearly an account meant for baiting and trolling.

I learned one thing, people can do with their money whatever they want, ofc I have braincells and don't waste that much money only in a game, but you know, some people are wealthy and we have to deal with it.
