TERA PC - General Discussion: Please help!
When I try to claim the monthly twitch prime loot it says 'something went wrong please try again later'
I have the same problem..I linked my account already, refresh the page and try again but keeps giving the same error.
Hope they tell us what's wrong with it and give a solution.
It seems the Twitch promotion is only for US players.
If you're from US, I recommend sending support a ticket.

If that's the case then that's discrimination...

I'm from..outside US. So I guess I was right when I thought the promotion is region locked after a few tries.
But Closers has an EU server, so it's not fair for those players to not be able to have it because of this block -including me-

No, it's not discrimination because you are playing on Tera North America and the Twitch Prime rewards are for North America ( Meaning US, Mexico,Canada.) It is the same as if tera EU did an event for EU players only ( which they did. The prize was the green costume, weapon skin, and jet cycle.) It was only for players who lived in Europe it did not matter if it was an NA player on there or not. I am so, sick and tired of people screaming something is discriminating against them it's far from the truth. You chose to play on a north american server, so accept that at times there will be north american only events.
Mentioned this in another thread, but unfortunately, it is region-locked.

https://enmassehelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360019821393-Twitch-Prime-En-Masse-Action-RPG-Pack

"The Action RPG Pack will be available in Twitch Prime North America, LATAM (including Brazil) and Japan."

Incidentally, some people have said that using a VPN works for them, but other people have said that it doesn't, so your mileage may vary.

Look at it that way.

You go to a vacation in some other country and go to a local store to buy bread and there's promotion of 2 breads for half the price.
You want to buy them but the cashier tell you that you need to pay the full price because the promotion is only for people from said country. Wouldn't you feel discriminated?

We're not talking about bread, we are talking about a Game that is NA based. If EU players are really that upset go talk to Gameforge and get the bundle on EU's server. Stop pulling this "Everyone is racist toward me" BS. You are on a North American Server. The end.

Albeit not being discrimination/racism (do not believe EME didn't include the other regions on a whim), it does feel like it.
If I'm playing on the North American server, I'm dedicating my time and possibly even supporting the company with money.
Aren't I worth the same as an American player, regardless of my region?
We do not have a tag saying our nationality, we're all equals.

Assuming I'm from EU, why should I be forced to play on the EU server?
The internet is global, I can have friends on NA I desire to play with.
Or simply would like to meet people from a different region than my own.
Also vice-versa, I can be from NA and desire to play on EU.

Not saying it's EME's fault, but this is something companies should try to change, in my opinion.

Furthermore, why would EU not be included for Closers?
EME is the publisher for both NA and EU.
In this case, it doesn't make sense at all.

Meanwhile us sane people understand sometimes things are region locked. I play on NA and on EU and I am an NA player ,recently EU had a contest with a really nice prize and the rules said " Open to only players residing in Europe." Did I throw a fit? No. Because I am smart, and understand that it's Tera EU and not Tera NA. Get the hell over it and stop thinking everyone needs to cater to you.

In the end, this was definitely not a "choice" as though all things were equal. I think issues like this are probably why BHS self-published PUBG and had EME publish TERA Console worldwide. Things are a lot easier when you don't have to worry about different publishers in different regions each wanting to keep control of their local markets.

Really you think Kada is the one throwing a fit? When everyone in this thread is crying about it being "Discrimination". I think you are pretty confused.
