I didn't buy any gold from outside sources, I logged onto my account viewed I had in game mail with some gold attached to it, when I tried to return it the sender didn't have an acct or exsist. Why am I being punished for something I didn't do, considering the amount of REAL money ($100's) I spent into your company and TERA. if you review my account you'd see the ACTUAL amount of money I've already spent into TERA

Yet during this ENTIRE time I have to wait and being punished for something I didn't do, and mind you I AM STILL PA:YING FOR MY SUBSCRITION, during this time of loss of play nor access to my account, will be there be any type of compensation to me for my loss of time, and MONEY? Mind you again, I had nothing to do with this.
I logged onto my account saw that I had mail with an attachment. I opened it, it contained 1k of gold, some time later my account was suspended. They (En Masse) notified me that they suspended my account due to buying gold from an outside source, of which I didn't, Who in their right mind would want to buy only 1k of gold. it's not even worth it.
