The overall issue should now be resolved, so for any remaining one-offs, I'd still recommend making a Ticket for further Investigation.

Without players submitting a Ticket and providing the Diagnostic, it can be hard to narrow down the exact cause, but I'll go ahead and mention this thread to another department.
Same issue here. I have a feeling flooding support for this is not going to help anything, because we won't hear a response for like 7 days and the issue will likely be resolved by then.
Launcher closes itself out before the diagnostic tool can even finish.
Is it possible that many of you have a specific Anti Virus or Security Software that just completed an update last night or this morning ?
It sounds like the required connection that the TERA Launcher and Game Client needs is being limited or blocked completely.

Might want to try adding exceptions, or perhaps go as far at temporarily removing the installed Security Software followed by a computer restart, then check to see if the same issue remains.
