Why cant i reset old instances? The reset scrolls do not work period. For any dungeon.

Unfortunately, I don't have an answer for that. I'll have the QA team look into it tomorrow and get back to you when I have more information.

I'd argue that this doesn't "break TERA," but I agree it's something that should be addressed as soon as possible.
Sorry you guys are feeling ignored on this. I've commented in a couple places that we're working to resolve reset scrolls. I'm afraid you'll have to be a bit more patient while the issue is resolved.

In addition, I've merged multiple threads into this one. One of the reasons responses often go unread is because players will create duplicates of existing issues that have been commented on. This splits the conversation unnecessarily (which is why it's against the forum rules), so please avoid doing it by checking for existing threads on the topic before posting your own discussion.
