the i-frame extensions for jaunt and backstep are there. for some reason we were told not to include in the notes, but since they are in other publisher notes, i'm confirming it here.

on the scythe - the 20% increase in base damage by 20% was the first change in KR, followed by a 17% decrease in PVP damage in a next patch in KR. The result is that from our current NA patch to this next patch, we aren't really seeing a difference in PVP damage, since the first patch nullified the decrease in the second patch. This is what we tested and found as well.

The following changes will be applied during the Aces Wild update coming July 2016. For more info on the additional content coming to TERA, keep an eye on the Aces Wild page for updates every Tuesday!

Class Changes:

Ninja
Combo Attack
  • 1~6 consecutive attack base damage are reduced by 30%.
Circle of Steel
  • Decrease base damage by 20%.
  • This skill will now consume 2 Noctenium Infusion.
Fire Avalanche
  • PvP damage has been reduced.
  • 1st and 2nd consecutive phase of this skill will no longer knockdown players.

Brawler
Counter
  • The 3rd chain of this skill that vacuums players have been removed.
Growing Fury
  • Power and Crit Factor reduced from 50 to 30.
  • Added a new effect to increase aggro by 10%.

Lancer
Hold the Line (Passive)
  • This buff will disappear if you are knocked down instead of taking damage.
Adrenaline Rush
  • Changed to a buff skill
  • Can be used together with Priest/Mystic buffs of similar type.
  • Adrenaline Rush I:
  • -- Increases Attack Speed by 15% for you and your party members within 40m.
  • -- Increases damage to monsters by 5% for you and your party members within 40m.
  • Adrenaline Rush II:
  • -- Increases Attack Speed by 20% for you and your party members within 40m.
  • -- Increases damage to monsters by 5% for you and your party members within 40m.
  • -- Reduces cooldown of your melee attack skills by 50%.
  • -- Your attacks draw more aggro.

Priest
Backstep
  • Cooldown will be reduced from 7 to 6 seconds.
  • New Glyph of Energy (common) added to reduce cooldown of this skill by 10%. Glyph costs 2 points.

Mystic
Slightly decreased damage taken from boss monsters.
Teleport Jaunt
  • Cooldown reduced from 8s to 7s.

Berserker
Bloodlust
  • Changed from 10% skill damage to 10% increased damage against Monsters only.
Thunderstrike
  • Increased skill damage by 20% while decreasing PvP damage by 30%.

Sorcerer
Fireblast
  • Lower MP cost from 1000 to 800.
  • Carving Fireblast now doubles the chance to crit when attacking monsters.
Void Pulse
  • Lower MP cost from 1000 to 600.
  • Added Noctenium Infusion effect: Increases Damage.
  • Glyph of Brilliance will be replaced with a new Glyph of Carving:
  • -- Increase crit chance by 20% against Monsters only. Glyph cost for Common is 4 points and Uncommon is 3 points.
  • -- If you already own an uncommon Glyph of Brilliance then you automatically receive the uncommon Glyph of Carving.
Nova
  • Lower MP cost from 900 to 750.
Hailstorm
  • Lower MP cost from 1200 to 1000.
  • Increase PvE damage by 15%.

Warrior
Blade Draw
  • Increase base damage by 10%.
  • Decrease MP cost from 320 to 230.
  • Reduce PvP damage by 10%.
  • Glyph of Carving (common) has been added that doubles the crit chance when attacking monsters.
  • -- Level 65 to unlock / Cost 4 glyph points.
Rain of Blows
  • Increase base damage by 10%.
  • Decrease MP cost from 350 to 250.
  • Reduce PvP damage by 10%.
Scythe
  • Increase base damage by 20%.
  • No change in PVP damage.
Defensive Stance
  • Increased amount of aggro gain.
  • -- Defensive Stance I: 45% -> 65%
  • -- Defensive Stance II: 55% -> 80%
  • -- Defensive Stance III: 70% -> 100%
  • -- Defensive Stance IV: 85% -> 120%
Infuriate
  • Casting Infuriate will prevent players from deactivating Defensive Stance for 3 minutes.
Torrent of Blows
  • Increase aggro generation by 50%.
Battle Cry
  • Increase aggro generation by 50%.

Archer
New Passive Skill: Crack Shot
  • A new passive skill has been added that increases the crit chance of all your skills by 15% against Monsters only. Learned at level 60.
Close Quarter
  • Reduce cooldown from 10 to 9 seconds.

Reaper
Death Spiral
  • Glyph of Powerlink (Grim Strike) will persist through the entire 5 seconds duration.
  • Glyph of Powerlink (Grim Strike) uncommon & common glyph changed from 20% to 30% increased base damage.
  • Glyph of Powerlink (Grim Strike) rare glyph changed from 25% to 35% increased base damage.
Double Shear
  • Glyph of Powerlink (Grim Strike) will persist through the entire 5 seconds duration.
  • Glyph of Powerlink (Grim Strike) uncommon & common glyph changed from 20% to 30% increased base damage.
Sundering Strike
  • Can be used as a chain skill after Death Spiral.
  • Base damage increased by 20% if chained after Death Spiral.

Slayer
Heart Thrust
  • Reduce MP cost from 220 to 170.
Eviscerate
  • Reduce MP cost from 250 to 190.
  • Reduce cooldown from 10 to 9 seconds.
Measured Slice
  • Reduce cooldown from 10 to 9 seconds.
Exhausting Blow
  • Reduce cooldown from 90 to 60 seconds.
  • Reduced the duration of the buff from 15s to 11s.
