It's time!

The new Fate of Arun Part 2 update is just around the corner, and we have some great stuff to show you, and plenty to talk about.

We have a lot of information to share, so Treeshark will be joining me for a special, extended, twitch stream this Friday!

A new dungeon, and the Sky Castles headline this stream, so come on by and check out some of the newest content!

Is "Surrender" the same as losing in this context? If so, what's stopping guilds from farming each other either or challenging guilds with no chance of winning? Also, wouldn't the advantage in the Challenger bracket be overwhelmingly in favor of guilds with the most members? Feels like you wouldn't stand a chance against 200-member guilds if you have less than that.

If you surrender when someone declares on you (before you have accepted), your guild will lose 2% of the Fame points wagered against you. So if Guild A declares against you with a wager of 100 Fame points, and you don't want to fight, you will lose 2 Fame points. Guild A gets nothing, and you lose 2 Fame points. Sucks, but it's better than losing 100.

If you surrender AFTER accepting a war, then you lose all that is bet against you and they win it.

For how it's set up, i think in both leagues it pays to have the highest skilled members and not the most members. We'll see how this plays out.

Also, the "200" number in the quantity of game accounts is a typo. I'm fixing that now.

The next phase of TERA: Fate of Arun revamps the current guild system, adding a new guild competition. Guilds can now compete in either PvP or PvE leagues, and the top ten guilds in each will earn Skycastles that function not only as a guild-exclusive area, but also as a server-wide prestige symbol for the next season. There’s a lot to go over, so let’s take a look!

The Crusades

We’re calling the new guild competition system the “Crusades.” The first 4-week season (28 days) starts when Fate of Arun part 2 arrives on Feburary 24, 2015. Guild masters (and only guild masters) can register their guild to compete in the Cutthroat (PvP-focused) or Challenger (PvE-focused) League. Depending on which league your guild joins, you will gain points for completing certain activities as detailed below. It is important to note, that you cannot switch leagues mid-season, so be sure you’re ready to go on the 24th.

At the end of the season, the 10 guilds with the highest number of points in each league will earn Skycastles. The winners of the Cutthroat League will receive Skycastles around Velika, and the winners of the Challenger League will receive Skycastles around Allemantheia (for a total of 20 Skycastles). But you won’t get to keep it forever: your prowess only earns you a one-season lease. So if you wish to keep your new home in the sky you have to keep competing!

But wait, there’s more. There are 6 other Skycastles around the world of TERA, but only the best of the best will be moving in there. These deluxe accommodations are awarded to guilds who continually place among the top three guilds (by league) for six consecutive seasons.

Wondering which league is right for you? Here’s a breakdown of how they work.

The Challenger League

This league is primarily focused on PvE content. Points in this league principally come from:

• Sky Cruiser Endeavor* (Normal Mode – High Score)
• Sky Cruiser Endeavor* (Hard Mode – High Score)
• Sky Cruiser Endeavor* (Accumulated Score)
• Ravenous Gorge (High Score)
• Ravenous Gorge (Accumulated Score)
• Corsairs’ Stronghold
• Vault of Winter (High Score)
• Vault of Seas (High Score)
• Vault of Flames (High Score)
• Achievements (Only Achievements achieved in current Season count towards ranking)

*Bathysmal Rise (Normal and Hard mode) will switch out with Sky Cruiser Endeavor every other season.

The Cutthroat League

This league is primarily focused on PvP content. Points in this league principally come from:

• Guild vs Guild Battles
• Fraywind Canyon
• Corsairs’ Stronghold
• Champions’ Skyring
• Vault of Winter (High Score)
• Vault of Seas (High Score)
• Vault of Flames (High Score)
• Sky Cruiser Endeavor (Hard Mode – High Score)

The Guild vs Guild battles (GvG) listed above is a new system, replacing the GvG we have now. We changed how GvG is declared (bye bye, Spark of War), and put more rules in place.

First, each guild is awarded Fame points. Guilds use these points when declaring GvG on another guild. If you do not have any points, you will not be able to declare a guild war. These points are based on how many accounts are in your guild, and not characters. Points are distributed based on how many level 60’s (or higher) are present from each account on that server. Fame is handed out automatically each week on Wednesday based on the following rules:

• A guild must have at least 30 unique accounts (one player = one account) with level 60 and higher characters, but not more than 200 unique accounts. The Guild UI window will display how many accounts are in your guild.
• You can still participate in the Cutthroat League if you have less than 30 unique accounts or more than 200, you will just not be able to get points from the GvG portion.
• Each account contributes 60 Fame points to guilds on a given server. If you have three level 60’s or higher, each in three different guilds, then each of the guilds will get 20 Fame points from your account. If you have three level 60’s all in the same guild, then that guild will get all 60 Fame points from your account.
• After points are distributed, your characters can switch guilds, but the points will not move with them.

If your guild has at least 60 Fame points, then it can battle another guild. You no longer need Bahaar’s Spark of War to do so—guild members with GvG authority (as determined by the Guild Master) can choose from the Guild List, or by right clicking a member of the opposing guild and declaring from a pop-up menu.

You can also wager additional fame on a given GvG battle, provided your opponent is willing. The maximum bet will always be 50% of what the guild with the least Fame points possesses. Ex: If one guild has 1000 Fame points, and their prospective opponent has 500 Fame points, then the max bet is half of 500, or 250 Fame points.

Once a battle is declared, the opposing team receives a notification and they have three options:

1. Accept – your guild accepts the bet amount and the war begins.
2. Additional Wagering – your guild raises the amount of Fame points at stake.
3. Surrender – your guild withdraws.

Refusing to respond to declaration within 24 hours will be counted as a loss. Once battle is underway, here's how you win:

• First guild to kill 200 members of the other guild, OR
• Have the highest amount of kills in the 24 hour period of the GvG match.
• AND your guild *must* kill at least 30 players of the opposing guild, or else the battle will result in a draw.

At the end of a Crusade season, the amount of Fame points you gained will be calculated into your ranking in the Cutthroat League. However, Fame points will only matter if you battled at least 8 or more times within that season.


Guilds who place in the top ten of either the Cutthroat or Challenger Leagues will receive Skycastles! Skycastles are customizable guild castles accessible only by the guild that owns them, placed outside Velika and Allemantheia for all to see. A Guild Master can use Prestige Points to customize a Skycastle’s appearance. They can opt for a simple Skycastle, or choose to make it grandiose. They can spend Prestige Points to add NPCs to the Skycastle such as a broker, bank, or merchants for everyone in your guild to use. Also available are cosmetic merchants, who let you wear various cosmetic items for free while in the Skycastle. (These items expire 15 minutes after leaving the Skycastle).

Prestige Points?

Prestige points are spent on your guild’s Skycastle to customize the cosmetic features or add NPCs. At the beginning of the season, your guild is awarded Prestige Points based on your rank. So if you placed 1st last season, you are awarded 2000 Prestige Points. If you placed 7th - 10th, you are awarded 800 Prestige Points. You also get 10 Prestige Points when your guild members rank in specific categories of the league. For example, if one of your guild members placed in the top 10 for both Achievements and Corsairs’ Stronghold, you will get 20 Prestige Points from that character for every day they keep those rankings.

A guild can earn up to 40,000 Prestige Points. Regardless of whether or not they are used to customize your Skycastle, Prestige Points stay with your guild, even if you no longer qualify for a Skycastle. You will be able to re-use the points the next time you earn a Skycastle. While only the guild master is able to spend Prestige, it is tied to the Guild and not office. As long as your guild does not disband, your guild will keep all their Prestige Points.

We’re all very excited about Skycastles, and can’t wait to see all the different designs that you’ll conjure up!

UI Lag Improvements

Q: As of the most recent patch, some players have reported improved performance with their UI. Have any changes been made lately to improve the UI?

Yes, optimizations to the game are made in just about every patch.

When we receive a patch, it is difficult to verify optimization made to the game since we are unable to run tests across every hardware combination. If we are able to verify that improvements were made, we will include it in the patch notes. In the case that we aren't able to verify that improvements were made, we will leave it out of the patch notes, but it will still be part of the patch.

The Nexus

Q: The Nexus was removed when the Fate of Arun Expansion launched. Will we ever see it’s return?

It’s difficult to say. Implementing the Nexus back into the game as it was before is very unlikely, but that doesn’t mean we won’t see it come back at all. We know players enjoy things like the Nexus, but the Nexus itself could use some improvements.

To answer this question directly, we don’t have any current timeline to re-adding The Nexus, but it is not off the table.

Lethal Damage Caused by Falling

Q: Will I ever be able to die from falling?

You may have heard whispers that you will be able to die from falling in the future. Well this whisper is correct. The ability to die from falling will be contained in the February 24th patch. There are Featherlight Potions that can save you from the fall damage for the low low price of 50 silver!


Q: The TERA servers come down for Maintenance every week on Tuesday, and even some weeks on Thursday as well. What is happening during these periods?

A normal Tuesday maintenance requires less than two hours, and is the most common kind of Maintenance that we do. During the downtime, we not only restart the servers, but various services that make the game run correctly. Server maintenance is also when we apply patches to the game.

A very quick patch usually indicates that we are just cleaning up any localization bugs that we have fixed since the last major patch. On major patch days (like the upcoming Fate of Arun Part 2 patch day), maintenance will take longer as we are upgrading all the systems and making sure the patch process is as cleaned up as we can get it.

On some rare occasions, we will have very long maintenance (>2 hours). TERA servers run on all sorts of hardware and software and this needs tender love and care as well. These maintenance periods have little to do with TERA game itself but what it runs on, which is equally important. We aim for one maintenance per week, but sometimes two has to happen. Certain events (like Strongbox Jackpot) also require a maintenance.

During the Magician sale last week we debuted a new loot box called the Magician’s Premium Suitcase. What we forgot to convey was that this premium suitcase was a limited time offer set to disappear on February 19, giving it a two week run. Magician cosmetic items will remain available through direct purchase and the traditional style lootboxes. When we discovered our mistake, we discussed just keeping it around but have ultimately decided to stick with the original plan. We apologize for the confusion this caused and will be reviewing our internal processes to prevent this from happening again.

The Premium Suitcase is an experiment. We did not know how a more expensive loot box would be received. In game costs and upcoming patch concerns are top issues right now, and while we have ways to address those elements in-game, we also look to see if we can leverage our cosmetic sales to help on that front. Changing our existing loot box structure would have forced this change, so instead we looked to present a new option for our players.

The initial reception has been overwhelmingly positive, but price and reaction are not the only things we have to look at. Specifically, we’ll have to take a look at the long-term impacts of the Premium Suitcase and whether it serves as a short term or a long-term solution for aiding the supply of key consumable items. Future experiments may have other goals, but it is safe to say that one of the goals every time will be to execute in a manner that is fair to you as our player.

In regards to the in-game costs and Masterwork Alkahest supply, we are looking to add additional methods of obtaining it in the Fate of Arun Part 2 patch on February 24. We will be introducing a Masterwork Alkahest box that guaranteed 16 MWA (with a chance for more) in the Time Traveler’s store, as well as the Vanguard Supply shop. The costs will be either 2 Time Traveler’s badges, or 200 Vanguard Initiative credits. We will be monitoring the effects of this and it will affect whether we look at more avenues of distribution.

In this case I would recommend sending in a support ticket to us. We can do some research and see if the games logs tell us anything. Since you already have some great detail, it will help us a lot when looking.

If we can't figure out what happened to the items through the logs, we will certainly need to send that in as a bug, but it's a difficult thing to try and reproduce, but we will do what we can to figure that one out.

So you want us to create an outfit with a predetermined theme and the catch is that theres a CHANCE that BHS will just never see it through to the end?

It's to protect us in the case that these items are not able to be completed for whatever reason. We have every intention to have the winning costumes created.

I'm curious if they're looking for 11 individual costumes.

One overall design would be best. BHS may make modifications to the final design, and may even create another variation based on the submitted design. We just won't know until we get our hands on the awesome community submissions!

The winning submission will be picked with NA in mind, but BHS will still select a costume that is good for all regions.

Legalities are a fickle and troublesome fact of life sometimes. It's not a personal thing, it's a legal restriction :(
OP question has been answered. Using any sort of third party application in this manner is an actionable offense. Be careful when running any third party application for TERA. Not only is it an actionable offense, but we can not ensure it's security.

Please give the launcher another go this morning if you were still having this issue. We looked into this last night and the issue should be resolved.

Woops, sorry. That's been fixed.

As to why the rules only allow submissions from certain countries, it is due to legal reasons I'm afraid. It has nothing to do with whether or not we like a country, cause I can confirm, we like all countries... except Canada. We have a special relationship Canada that borders on love.

Dust off your drawing board, sharpen your colored pencils, and send us your best original "concept art" for a gothic-themed TERA costume, and your design might be featured in the game!

If your costume design is selected by En Masse, we will send it to Bluehole Studio for final selection and approval. If BHS selects your costume design, you will win a prize package including:

• If created, a copy of your costume design for each race/gender combination, including accessories, to be delivered after the item's release in-game;
• Six months of TERA Elite Status;
• One permanent character costume of your choice; and
• One permanent character mount of your choice.

Be sure to read all of the contest rules listed below, and keep in mind that, even if your entry wins, it is entirely at the discretion of Bluehole Studio whether your design appears in the game or not.

Design Requirements

In order for your entry to be selected, you must meet all of the design requirements listed below. Please note that while your design might meet all of these requirements, this does not guarantee that your design will appear in the final version. All designs are subject to change.

1.) Your design must follow a gothic theme.
2.) Your design may use the character templates provided for this contest. You are not required to use these templates.
3.) Your design should include a version of the costume for as many race and gender combinations as possible. Entering a design for only a few races will not automatically disqualify your entry, but we encourage you to include as many race and gender combinations as you can.
4.) Your design may include accessory designs as well to go along with the costume. While this is not required in order to win, we encourage you to include accessory designs with your entries.

Important Notes

• All entries are subject to En Masse and/or Bluehole Studio modifications. Final outcome of items may differ from the original concepts.
• Both En Masse and Bluehole Studio will be involved in the judging process.
• Creating and releasing the winning costume will require significant development time and is not guaranteed.
• The judging process will likely require a great deal of time and consideration. The winners may not be announced for several weeks after the submission deadline ends.
• TERA character templates are provided if any artist needs to use them.


How will winners be decided?

En Masse Entertainment will select a pool of 10 entries from the community and pass them along to the developers at Bluehole Studio. BHS will select the winner from the entries submitted to them. The decision will be based on a variety of factors (including the ability to develop the item), and does not guarantee that the item will be created for use in the game.

How can I increase my chances of winning?

• Follow the rules and design requirements closely.
• Do not infringe on any potential copyrights or trademarks.
• Provide as much detail as possible in your entries. This can include multiple angles of the same costume, description of the costume to accompany the design, pointing out parts of the entry, etc.

When will the item come out?

Once the judging process has concluded, Bluehole Studio will begin development on the winning costume. This may take several months, and the complete product is not guaranteed to release.

Will the winner be credited in-game for their efforts?

The winner's name will be included in the tooltip (pending En Masse approval). We will also allow the winner a chance to weigh in on the naming of the item(s).


1.) One entry per player.
2.) Submission must be original art. You may use TERA characters as models for your costumes, or other in-game objects, for influence.
3.) Submission should include all images of the entry. Please either attach all images, or host the images someplace online in one location.
4.) Your submission must not be a copyright or trademark infringement. Please be as original as possible with your design.
5.) Submit your entry as an email attachment to community@enmasse.com.
6.) Each entry must include a costume design. Accessories may be designed as well, but are not required.
7.) Each entry must include your character name and server.
8.) Standard EME contest rules apply.
9.) Entry must be received in full by Sunday, April 5, at 11:59 PST.

Sorry to hear nothing has worked so far! You can reach the support team here for assistance. You should also try the Insufficient Memory FAQ for that specific error. It *is* odd that you're experiencing this issue in such a specific situation, but it could be your RAM simply cannot handle Corsair's Stronghold. The memory test listed at the bottom should uncover any issues with the actual RAM in your PC.

It does sound like you're having trouble reaching our update servers, so I recommend also giving your computer a restart at least (and ideally try clean booting) and then running the launcher as an administrator. That clears up a lot of issues. However, if it does not our support team can also assist you with more in-depth troubleshooting!

@Bristel, I have removed the email addresses from this forum thread for your own safety. Emails to a private email provider like the ones you indicated you use can have delivery issues which may be why you are not receiving the account armor emails.

Please contact the support team and ask them to change your account to another email service provider if you are unable to determine what setting on your private email service is blocking the emails. You can open a free account through many different email providers and that should resolve the email delivery issue.

Just be sure to specify that you're unable to log in, and provide the GM with your old and new email!

We are completing some final adjustments and the servers should be up soon. We will update this thread when everything is back to normal :)
We currently have no plans to bring back the promotion prices for elite status.

I think this thread has run its course. Did it have a course? I'll just restate what others have already posted.

We try to keep our maintenance as brief as possible, of course we want you guys in game and enjoying the content! Maintenance is typically much shorter than this, but we had to do a little extra back end stuff this time.

Bug fixes, store updates, and patches are only part of what we do during the maintenance period.

Hey Lerifael,welcome back to TERA!

Have you tried rebooting your computer? Sounds very basic, but when it comes to memory issues it's good to give the computer a quick restart and also try playing before you fire up a lot of extra programs.

I'd also recommend running the launcher's repair function - usually when a corrupt file is causing a crash it's an FFFF:FFFF error, but since this is happening in one specific place it's a good idea to try!

Are you using the same computer now that you were using previously without this error, or has anything changed about it? Sometimes this type of info can point us in the direction of what's causing the trouble.

Please don't spam the button, this will just request multiple account armor codes and cause issues. Are you certain you're checking the correct email for the third account, and is it on a different email service provider than the other two?

Some email services put these types of emails into different folders. For example, gmail often sorts them into "all mail" instead of your inbox.

Can you try searching the email for "En Masse Entertainment" as the sender?

Bellicarium and Killing Spree Credit Cap

Q: The Battleground Credit Cap feels too low, will this be raised in the future?

Alliance Contribution Point Reward Inconsistency

Q: Are Alliance Contribution Points displaying an incorrect reward amount after completing a quest, or is there a bug with the amount of points being awarded?

When completing a quest, players would see a popup on their screen detailing the rewards of the completed quest. With quests that reward contribution points, this screen would display an incorrect amount of Contribution Points as the reward.

In the case of the forum thread listed above, the quest indicates that you would receive 50 contribution points. When you complete the quest, the popup on your screen states that you have received 100 contribution points.

When completed quests with contribution points as a reward, the amount listed in the quest log is the correct amount. Contribution point rewards are not influenced by Elite status. This has been submitted as a bug and should be resolved in a future update.

Status Update: Fashion Store Templates

Q: Can we get Nightforge in the Fashion Store as a Template? Also, what is the status on updates to the Fashion Store?

We’ve made requests to get more sets made for templates (Agnitor/ Regent / Noct), but it takes a bit of time to get these sets made and delivered to us. In the case of templates available in other regions but not in ours currently, it becomes significantly easier to get and we should see these added to the store much quicker.

Cosmetic Items

Q: Winter is quickly coming to an end, will we see scarves anytime soon?

Yes you will. Expect these scarves sometime this month!

Voice Packs in Other Languages

Q: Can En Masse release voice packs from other regions (Korea, Japan, Etc)for TERA?

We have looked into it, but allowing the distribution of other voice packs for our community is not allowed. This is due to licensing, contracts, and various other legal restrictions with the voice actors.

Hi Treeshark, thank you for this update. Can you please confirm that it will also cost 1000 mwa/850 ext/ 600 prem to awaken each of chest/gloves/boots as well? Or will these other gear pieces have a reduced cost to awaken just like they have a reduced cost to +13 to +15?

Great question Washing, we clarified this in today's livestream. Each item has the same cost to awaken regardless of type. So you can substitute any item into Treeshark's example and it will be accurate.

The upcoming Fate of Arun patch is bringing a lot to TERA. An updated Guild versus Guild competition system will be introduced set to imbue guilds in TERA with more to do than ever before. Skycastles for the top 20 guilds (per server) will display your prominence for all to see. A new dungeon - The Sky Cruiser Endeavor - will hold the biggest challenge to date for players, with brand new mechanics. A 5v5 battleground is debuting for players to test their combat skills against one another. And of course, enchanting levels will be increased to 15 for two of the new gear sets. Today, we’ll be discussing the new enchanting levels.

The Awakening system will be introduced in the next patch. Two sets of gears, Generation (PvE) and Renegade (PvP), will be craftable in this patch. These are the top tier weapon and armor sets, and the only sets currently that will be enchantable to +15, above the current +12 cap. After you craft a piece of either Generation or Renegade, you can enchant these up to +12 using the current methods. To open up enchanting from +13 to +15, you will need to awaken it.

To awaken your weapon, you need to head to Muhrak’s Workshop (via the teleportal in Habere). Once there, go up and interact with Fovarth the Enchantment Master. Choose the “Awakening” option, and that will pop up the window to awaken your weapon. You will need a piece of gear from either the Generation or Renegade set that is at +12 in order to do so. After you slot it in, you also need to provide 2000 Tier 6 Feedstock, as well as 1000 Masterwork Alkahest to unlock it. You can also choose to use 850 Extensive Alkahests or 600 Premium Alkahests instead, if you don’t want to use 1000 Masterwork Alkahests. It is important to know that you can’t mix or match Alkahests when you awaken! If you have enough materials, you can awaken your weapon, which will open up opportunity to enchant up to +15.

Now you can enchant your piece of gear up to +15. To do so, you will still need to use Fovarth, and not the traditional enchanting UI. Just interact with Fovarth and click on “Awakened Enchanting” to open up the window. After slotting in the piece of gear that you have awakened, you will see the costs associated with enchanting. Costs will differ whether you are enchanting a weapon, chest, or arm/leg piece, so the table below will break down the costs for you. It is important to know that enchanting at this stage works a bit differently. Most notably:
• Upon enchant failure at any level after +12, your weapon will reset to +12. Awakening status is not affected.
• The bonus effects of extensive and premium alkahests do not apply. Instead their costs to enchant are lowered to preserve value (see below)

Enchanting Costs per Try (for +13 to +15)
Weapon 100 85 60
Armor 90 75 55
Hand 75 65 45
Feet 75 65 45

• Each enchant try will also require 200 Tier 6 Feedstock.
• You must pick one type of alkahest per attempt. It does not need to be the same type of alkahest used to awaken your gear, nor the one used on a previous attempt.

Have you played TERA in the past or are you a new player? If this is a new behavior it can help to investigate anything that has changed since you last logged in successfully to TERA.

I always recommend a clean boot just to rule out any software conflicts (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135), but Counterpoint is correct that it is most likely a communication issue between your computer and our servers.

These issues can be extremely complicated since they can exist anywhere between your PC and our servers, including your router and ISP. If the clean boot does not resolve the issue I urge you to contact the support team directly. A GM can provide you with personalized troubleshooting assistance to get to the bottom of the issue: http://support.enmasse.com/tera

I know waiting is terrible and our team is working hard to help everyone as quickly as they can, but when it comes to this sort of issue it's often necessary to work with a GM directly to identify and resolve the technical issue.

It sounds like you can't even get in-game to create a character, is that correct? This could be a problem with running TERA due to system requirements. Do you know what video card and processor your computer uses?

There are no plans to add any new servers when TERA becomes available on Steam.

Players will be able to play together on the existing servers regardless of how they log into the game - through the TERA launcher directly or through Steam.
We've let BHS know about this issue, thanks for reporting it everyone!
Please do, it's an extremely odd thing you are describing. Was the account very, very old? As in back before TERA launched old? I could see it causing an issue if your account was never fully verified...either way, please do let the GMs know so we can poke around and get this fixed!

Sounds like you have some corrupt game files. Have you tried running repair in your TERA launcher? If this doesn't work you should contact support for help. A GM can move you out of that area but unless we fix the problem you'll likely get stuck the next time you return.

I've looked into this before and it's exclusive to JP. Sorry :( This is due to the licensing restrictions with voice actors and legal stuff like that.

Counterpoint has great suggestions, I'd also like to add that if you're stuck trying to download or install you should verify that you've got administrative rights and also that there aren't any software or security conflicts that might halt/interfere with the download.

The easiest way to do this is to try a clean boot and then run the launcher as an admin (right click, run as administrator). Can you give that a try to see if there is any change? Sometimes that can provide a quick fix or help point us in the direction of a specific cause!

Are you still having trouble submitting a ticket for support? This page is working for other players who have been sending in tickets, and it's a strange behavior you're describing. Trying different web browsers is a great troubleshooting step.

Was your smartphone on your home network or using cellular data? If you're experiencing this issue on your PC *and* phone while on the home network you should try over cellular data. If it clears up on cellular data then we know to look at the actual network for the cause.

Were you editing the .ini files directly or making changes in-game?

The most likely problem here is that you turned the graphics way down and aren't seeing the indicator for that reason. Can you pop into the video options and try turning it back up a bit to see if the indicators return?
