Adding more information:

Ghillieglade Reward Boxes for Gunner

Q: Currently the Naturetune Necklace Chest, Naturebeat Ring/Earring Box, Naturetrill Ring/Earring Box cannot be opened by gunner.

We have forwarded this issue as a bug and are working for an automatic resolution in the near future. For now, please hang on to the item until the automatic fix's implementation instead of contacting our Support Team.

This was a big and exciting step for TERA! We are seeing many current, new, and returning players and it really makes us happy to see you enjoy playing the game we all love. We had some server instability issues and a quest bottleneck point on Island of Dawn (RIP Kugai) in the first 24 hours, but we were able to resolve them. Thank you for your help and patience.

Q: Gunners have an achievement title called “Loose Cannon”, which is the same title of an achievement from the Halloween candy cannon event. Could it be changed?

Yes, we plan to change one next week.

EX-TRM Mount from the Beep Boop Bot Bundle

Q: The EX-TRM mount from Beep Boop Bot Bundle is unbankable, making it difficult to give to the character that needs the mount in case it has been opened by a different character. Is there a way to have the mount bankable?

We plan to make the EX-TRM mount from the Beep Boop Bot Bundle bankable on Tuesday, May 12.

Gunner Armor and Weapon Skins

Q: We have some armor and weapon skins that are missing from the Fashion Coupon store. Could we add them?

Right now they are available as useable items in game for the class. We can get the templates in the Fashion Coupon store sometime in the near future.

On Saturday, April 25, some of TERA's finest competitors battled their way through the first two rounds of our single elimination 3v3 tournament for a chance to win some awesome prizes. On Sunday, April 26, the remaining eight teams fought it out for a chance to be in the final four and to vie for the top prize.

In the final match, the dark horse, crowd favorite, and ranked 20th by the community in the tournament power ranking, lancer-reaper-priest combination of “Pavlov’s Dong” faced off against “Kimchi Corn Dogs” comprised of a lancer, archer, and mystic. Kimchi Corn Dogs almost took the first match from Pavlov’s by drawing first blood with a kill on Godjumpa, but a fantastic resurrection was able to bring Godjumpa (Pavlov’s reaper) back from death, eventually leading to a Pavlov victory. Kimchi Corn Dogs played a fantastic tournament, but Pavlov’s was able to win 2-0 in the Skyring Slam 2015 Grand Finals match.

Please join us in congratulating the first place team, Pavlov’s, whose victory earned each of their members 3,000 EMP, one mount of their choice, and one costume of their choice! And don't forget the amazing performance of Kimchi Corn Dogs, whose second-place showing, earned each player a costume of their choice and 1,000 EMP. And, of course, all the teams got to walk away with two Hat Trick accessory boxes, just for participating—and some great stories to tell!

There are many different versions of TERA, all published by different companies: in Korea, Japan, Russia, China, Europe, etc. (Maybe others?) None of these services (such as accounts or servers) overlap, as they are provided by different companies.

En Masse Entertainment provides services in English only, and currently we have no plans to change our servers.
It's starting to work slowly, but we will let you know when the issue is resolved. :)

We are currently seeing a delay in item and email delivery are looking for a solution.

This includes but is not limited to: all emails (such as account armor, account activation, etc.), all store deliveries, etc. If you are waiting for the delivery of a purchased item and/or waiting for an email, please hang in there as we investigate the issue.

9:31 a.m. PDT 5/7 edit:

- Bathysmal Rise Teleportal buttons do not distinguish hard mode. -> The top one is the normal mode, and the bottom one is hard mode.
Are you receiving one of the following errors when you attempt to patch or play TERA?

- Access Invalid
- Game Execution Failure
- Virus Detected in TERA.exe

The following antivirus software has been observed to provide false positives for some players:
- AVG AntiVirus
- Avast
- TrendMicro
- Norton

If you have downloaded TERA from the official download page (http://tera.enmasse.com/download/) or through Steam, you are seeing a "false positive" result. If you have downloaded TERA from any other source, please proceed with caution and verify that you do not have a virus.

If your files are from the official downloads listed above, you may add an exception for your TERA folder to allow the game to patch, repair, and launch.

The recommended troubleshooting steps are:
1) Restore TERA.exe from the antivirus quarantine or vault
2) Add an exception, or "whitelist" the TERA.exe in your antivirus
3) Run the repair tool in the TERA launcher

**note: this process may vary depending on which antivirus you use**

If the problem continues, please also reboot your computer to ensure the changes have taken effect.

- Glacial Expedition, Vesel's Remembrance, and Blizzat's Remembrance smartboxes are giving incorrect items -> This has been fixed today. If you have received incorrect items before this was fixed with Wednesday's server restart, please contact our Support Team.
It is a localization issue. The skill works like other evasive roll skills and grants immunity to damage during the animation. We will be removing the text that says it does not grant damage immunity.

The updated list:

- Kugai not spawning fast enough for players to complete the quest -> We're looking into assisting the quest progression with more Kugai spawns. -> This should have been resolved as the big initial wave of players have passed this stage.

- Final Salvo's description still has the old text, it does not say it's usable after Thunderbolt.

- Gunner's "Rolling Reload" skill has the incorrect tooltip description that say "You are not immune to damage while rolling". (It does grant immunity from damage while rolling.)

- Glacial Expedition, Vesel's Remembrance, and Blizzat's Remembrance smartboxes are giving incorrect items -> If you have received incorrect items, please contact our Support Team.

- Some players have exhausted all of the bombs provided for the bomb quest in Island of Dawn, getting stuck in the quest. -> The current workaround we're recommending is to group with someone in a party who still has the quest or bombs to complete the quest.

- Bathysmal Rise Teleportal buttons do not distinguish hard mode. -> The bottom one is the normal mode, and the top one is hard mode.

- Naturetune Necklace Chest, Naturebeat Ring/Earring Box, Naturetrill Ring/Earring Box cannot be opened by gunner.

- Prismatronic Smart Box cannot be searched on broker. The prismatronic arcannon doesn't show up in the weapon skin tab (shows under "all" tab).

Type /controller in your chat. This should bring up a controller option UI. Third section down is "Set skill direction".

This is happening consistently for you?

I know it's a pain, but have you tried resetting to default UI?

I haven't been able to reproduce this in a QA environment.
I experienced this in an early test build for the Gunner, but not after receiving our final test build so it never got bugged.

There used to be a Option setting you could toggle that would allow you to use a handful of skills in the direction your character was facing instead of your reticle direction. This allowed Lancers to better block attacks when backed against a wall.

I wonder if that old toggle is hidden, but still active. I'll look into this.

You are correct. It is bugged and should be fixed in Tuesday's (5/12) maintenance.
The servers are back but please do let us know if you see abnormal lag in instance dungeons again.
1. You will get to keep the special pricing even if you use the Elite Status Voucher as long as the Elite Status is not canceled.

2. The Elite Status should be billed when the Elite Status time runs out.

The delay has been resolved. You should be seeing all of the emails and items soon if they haven't been delivered already. The stores will open soon as well. Thank you.
We're looking into this right now.
The only TERA on Steam that I'm aware of is the NA version of TERA published by En Masse Entertainment.

Attempting to purchase the "Retro Wizarding Hat" results in the EMP being deducted from your account but the item does not show up in your item claim.

This is most likely due to the delayed delivery issue we're having right now. We're keeping everyone updated in this thread here.
Yes, this is related to the "Account creation was unable to be completed at this time" issue. We're working on it, hang in there please!

Teemo, once the issue is resolved, they should all be delivered to you.

Very interesting. Our name restriction system sometimes returns false positives and flags a name as invalid, even though it's fine.

Contacting support is the right way to go with this one :)

This seems to be a temporary issue with the initial wave of new gunners reaching the same stage at the same time. Thank you for keeping us updated on the issue and please let us know if this becomes a problem again. <3

We should update the store. The maximum number of characters available per server is increased to 13 today. Thank you for letting us know.
The leveling event rewards are awarded to players that level to 65 while the event is active. If you were already level 65, you are not eligible for the leveling event rewards.

It is untradeable.
We looked into this and noticed the Dev does not include a tooltip explaining Ultimate Overhand Strike. I'll toss in a suggestion for the writers to see if they want to add the effect description in the tooltip for In Cold Blood.

The Ultimate Overhand Strike effect resets the cooldown of Overhand Strike (100%), extends the skill's damage area by 30%, and increases the skill's damage by 20%.

In testing, there is a consistent damage increase that is in line with the effect's intended design. Be aware; crits, attacks made while the mob is knocked down, and other conditions can affect final resulting damage.
Reapers will receive this upon reaching level 65 as a part of the leveling event.
Our Support Team (aka GM's) offer technical help through Live Chat and tickets. Unfortunately I don't have a solution as my technical knowledge isn't enough to troubleshoot. :( All servers are up though, but if you have previously edited your host file, please remove the edit. Suggestions from this FAQ page may also help. But if none of these suggestions work, please do contact our Support Team so that they can provide personalized technical help.
Following skills have hard-coded chain skills associated with them:

• Arcane Barrage: Replenishment
• Rolling Reload: Scattershot
• Scattershot: (in order of priority) Arc Bomb, Arcane Barrage, Time Bomb, Rolling Reload, and Replenishment
• Point Blank: (in order of priority) Arc Bomb, and Scattershot
• Replenishment: (in order of priority) Arc Barrage, and Scattershot
You are correct. If a player uses all bombs without completing the requirement, the quest is broke. Honestly, QA missed this in our testing. I apologize.

Tower Base has a number of channels to choose from to help alleviate player population fighting for the same mobs. Or in this case, training dummies. You can change channels by accessing the channel drop down on the compass map in the top right corner of your game window.

Elite Status Voucher is tradeable in game.
Unfortunately, there are hard coded chains in the game that the player cannot edit. This is the intended functionality.

As you have noticed, Scattershot has five priority hard coded chains.

Flamings, Fufflums, Ajyra, Braccaus, and Xepheroth. I checked all of you and the status displays the bundle as delivered. If you've already tried logging out and exiting/restarting the launcher completely, I'm not sure what's going on. :(

I just put the riding skill on my skill bar and was able to ride the mount fine.

One of the login server was under too much load, I believe. Exit/restart the launcher and retry please. It's getting people in. We're working on it though.
