^ These are the rules. In-game languages are flexible, though it's understandable that people get frustrated with communications issues. The forum rules really aren't. It's English, unless you're in the Languages forum.
Before I lock this down, I will simply state that neither EME nor TERA have anything against homosexuals. There are gay characters in the game. You can tell from their stories, not from their appearance.
There are a lot of folks in NA who speak a language other than English and currently we don't have a plan for separate servers.
I understand that language barrier can be frustrating (trust me I know, my family moved to another country when I was in junior high school) but we're all here to play TERA and we are all a part of the community. We need to treat each other with respect and learn to play together. After all this is a MMORPG and how boring would the community be if we didn't have any diversity?

I know it sucks, but the option was to do the stream with some people unable to login to chat, or not do the giveaway at all. I'm sadly not free to do a stream whenever I want as I have other job type duties. Same goes with Tae and the rest of the folks that join me on stream.
I hope that watching the stream was at least enjoyable even if you felt jipped by the chat issues!
Okay. There's a lot of strong feelings about this, but no one is saying anything new now. This thread has run its course, so I'm locking it down. I, and the rest of the EME team take these comments seriously. For now, though, let's move on with our weekend.
While we have heard of isolated instances of ping issues, we're not seeing anything systemic or consistent. I suggest filing a ticket with CS so we can help troubleshoot it and identify the culprit.
PVP Leaderboard rankings now update continuously throughout the day so there's no point to list that. The actual seasons reset every 28 days on a Tuesday during our maintenance, which is at 7am. The last season began April 2nd.
If you think a post is inappropriate, please report them so that we can take action. As Halrath said, we do our best but not every post can be tracked down and edited/locked/person suspended/etc. immediately. We're not machines, our eyes & brains aren't connected to the giant matrix...

Elins are a race that people have the option to choose and play. How does that choice affect the character of the person who plays it? People who want to troll and be jerks will do so, regardless of what race they choose. It's discussions like these, that single out and hate on a portion of the playerbase based on the actions of a few, that tears the community apart and feed the trolls. Please, enough of this.

What we need is the understanding that everyone here is to play TERA and no matter what class or race you play, you are a part of our community. I think the more helpful way would be to respect each other and treat them as you want to be treated. We will continue thinking/organizing ideas for our community and if you see inappropriate comments in game or on the forums, please make sure to report them.
I don't see the Amani wearing it as a gesture of subservience, but think about the circumstances that would lead to her wearing one. Maybe a femani got injured in battle and can no longer fight or forge weapons. She would stick around the barracks and tidy things up while the capable soldiers do their jobs. This way she would be keeping the risk of infection at bay, and allowing the fighters more time to fight. So she wouldn't bow, like the Elin servants, but would give off a meaningful nod acknowledging her duty. (And she could still wear it as cutely as the Elin!! DX) (As well as the castanic wearing it cutely. Castanics don't wear things to activate sex mode. They wear things because they like it.)

Valkyon Outfitters has added several new items for you to look through. Cover your eyes with your choice of room-darkening shades, futuristic electric eye, or snowboard goggles. No matter which you choose, all eyes will be on you.
For elin characters only, we have two bundles and a loot box that offer maid uniforms.
Princess Rida herself has stocked Valkyon Outfitters with the Maid to Work Bundle. This bundle contains all the items an elin working in Princess Rida’s household would need: Princess Rida’s Maid Uniform, a white maid’s frill, and a special Servant’s Bow emote, which only works for characters wearing a maid uniform.
In the Maid’s Loot Box, you’ll find Princess Arin’s distribution of uniforms to Valkyon Outfitters is less comprehensive than her more focused rival. If you’re lucky, you may find Princess Arin’s Maid Uniform, a black Housekeeper’s Frill, or the special Kitchen Dance emote.
Since luck is no way to clothe a household, the kingdom offers the Twice-Maid Bundle, which comes supplied with the complete set of everything “maid.” With uniforms to suit an elin in either princess’s household, the bundle includes Princess Rida’s Maid Uniform, Princess Arin’s Maid Uniform, the white Maid’s Frill, the black Housekeeper’s Frill, and both special emotes for characters wearing a maid uniform: Servant’s Bow and Kitchen Dance.

I spoke to Solomon and WallyPark about this. At this time, 3-D Secure is not supported by our billing provider. I don't have any information on why that is or if it will change.
The devs are looking into making maid outfits for other races as well but nothing is decided yet. This costume was a special case - these were originally just a small request from Japan that got more excitement then expected in other territories.
All that said our next big costume set will be for race and gender and probably arrive sometime in May.
This troubleshooting guide almost always clears up these errors. If you run through ALL of it (no skipping steps) and you're still experiencing this, I'd like to get some more details.
The fix was implemented early this morning and the stores are up.
@Ellayne, If you've experienced a crash after the fix, could you tell us a bit more information on your experience? What item were you purchasing and on what server? The launcher needed to be patched, so make sure to exit out of the launcher completely if you haven't please. :)

You get it at one of the quests on the Island of Dawn called "Making the Rounds". The box is designed to aid your leveling experience. A gift that keeps on giving until level 45, at least.
I don't believe any of our sales will include duration items. Those were just for last weeks forum event.
Well they were probably gathering that the maid outfits would have duration versions since pretty much all other cosmetic items in the game, including mounts, have non-tradeable temporary versions.
Steps:
1) Shut down the launcher.
2) Replace the splash images (both of them). First find the location you installed TERA, and it will be in:
...\Client\S1Game\Splash
a) If you installed through HappyCloud, find the location and go to:
...\HappyCloud\Cache\TERA\Client\S1Game\Splash
3) Start up your launcher.
The Valkyon Outfitters (the in-game store) is temporarily closed while we address a bug. While the purchased items were delivered correctly, it's known to cause the game to crash. We are currently working on this and will update you as more information becomes available. Thanks!

The bigger question is whether to interpret his post as confirmation of direct purchase options for the maid outfits. That's a saucy and fun discussion.

Fixing everything else and having this event are not mutually exclusive, they are just not (unfortunately) happening at the same time. Maybe one day they will.
2) All the work I put into my gear!
Will still be meaningful. This event is.. an event, and won't last forever. Yes, the points are the same as the normal Fraywind, but there won't be any of the win/loss rewards or jackpot boxes from the normal Fraywind. And you also still have to win to get more points, like the normal Fraywind.
3) This Equalized Fraywind is SOLO QUEUE ONLY.
There will be a FAQ going up by tomorrow. Here are the main differences between the Equalized Fraywind and the Normal Fraywind (besdies the equalized part)
The following things are a bit different:
· There is no Desperate Resolve buff.
· There are no Winners/Losers boxes or Jackpot Rewards
· You can only solo queue into this version of Fraywind Canyon.
· Each team will have their armor colorized into April-Showers Blue or May-Flowers Red.
· To get the equalized gear, you MUST have gear equipped in the slot it is going to replace.
The following things remain the same:
· Overall objectives remain the same.
· Reputation Points and credits remain the same as the original Fraywind Canyon.
· Cosmetics can be worn in the battleground.
· Scores will be counted towards the rankings.
4) Anything else I need to know?
Some notable points:
* To get the equalized gear, you MUST have gear equipped in the slot the gear will replace. So if you want the weapon, armors, and accessories, you must have it all equipped before entering the battleground. If you don’t have a piece of gear equipped, you will not get that associated gear equalized. For example, if you forget to equip your boots, you’ll be entering the battleground with bare feet.
* This battleground has replaced the 15-man RAID version of Fraywind Canyon. You can enter it just like any other battleground in the battleground matching system.
For a limited time starting with the 19.04.04 patch, players can battle to find out who will reign—April showers or May flowers? All month, queue up by selecting the Fraywind Canyon—Equalized option in the battleground matching system.
When you enter the equalized battleground, your gear is converted into spring-colored PvP armor, weapon, and jewelry. This gear is standardized with PvP bonuses and levels the enchantment playing field. Your customization is limited to the crystals you choose. Forgive me for asking this, but shouldn't a problem as big as the game unable to start be on the front page to bring it to people's attention? I would certainly consider putting a notice on the launcher, its the first thing people see anyways.
I agree it is a big issue right now, but for whatever reason it's only affecting a certain group of people. Most players seem to still be able to get in game at the moment.

@FaceKarma, The mixup was that players may be able to use other music (with permission and/or music under creative commons license), but we wouldn't be able to feature them on our websites because En Masse is a commercial entity. Because En Masse is a private + for profit company, just featuring them on our site is seen as a commercial act, even if we don't gain anything. So the permission players received would have been to use the music for the video, not for En Masse to feature them (= commercial act), which means we couldn't have shared the videos in an announcement like this. Also we want to follow the contest rules as only original works are to be entered for the contest. :(
I hope my explanation makes sense.. We'll do a better job of making it very very clear in the future to avoid the confusion.

I would start with re-downloading the client. I suggest the direct download or the torrent in the link I gave you. Once you're working with the current client, if you're still having login issues, customer support can help resolve those for you.
CS does not make such decisions lightly, or without reviewing the facts. You can appeal by contacting them again, but the forums aren't the place to find resolution.
Try following the reset password link on the launcher and changing it. I sometimes have to do this after a new password, type it in one finger at a time, hunt and peck-style, just to make certain I don't fumble-finger it.
After that, you have to contact customer service to help you resolve this.

We're working on getting the patch notes up on Monday but as far as I am aware, there is no plan for the atlas to become available to all characters under elite status.
Also a lot of the times it's much better to quote the whole sentence. :)
If you find you can't report a player because they are not on your server you can simply make a character on that server and report them via that character.
My question to GMs is, if that character has not had discourse with the offending player, is the report still taken seriously?
Because I do this often.
We totally take them serious, but I can see where it would be hard for CS to track down the problem if Level 1 Bob.teh.Lancer complains about some guy in ToT or whatnot. I'll also suggest a comments field so players can provide some context to their report.
For the record, blocking out names so we can't figure out who's the topic alleviates the callout thread issue.
Also, you're welcome to use the actual report button. CS does look into those, and I like the idea of adding some sort of conduct classification. I'll make that suggestion.

Hey there was a thread that had screenshots of teams with less than 15 people in a team (10 or so). Where did it go? That is more concerning.
About the 20 man groups. It's not really 20 players in a team, what is happening is that 5 people drop, and the game adds 5 more people. BUT it doesn't remove those people from the final scoreboard. I guess you can prove me wrong if you counted all 20 players in the group, but I know that's what the game does for dropped players on the scoreboard.

Ok the 500 error's should be fixed now. Please try and go to your profile just to make sure it's working. Even though the 500 error is fixed, you will most likely still have the wrong class and/or race. This will be fixed next week during our maintenance.
While I like the idea, and think its implementation would be good both for the community and role-players in general, I'm saddened by the necromancy involved here because necro threads are bad, mmkay?

I also enjoy healing in MMO's and I have to say personally TERA's been the most active and fun healing I've done. :)
From my experience the priest has decent DPS so leveling wasn't too difficult, we also have some great guides pinned in this subforum so be sure to check them out for more information!
We've never had an event that was received well by everyone. ex.) off peak time events, peak time events, day events, night events, scheduled events, random events, etc. We always try to vary them so that we can have lots of different people participating and to improve them overall (hence we're always open to the feedback). We'll continue trying to improve. :)
But enough on that, I'm always torn on making a baraka with the mech face because I really like seeing their faces too (some features look like beards)!

I agree, and am not sure why but it really stood out as unique to me. It is the one I use for my GM face. I think the Baraka in general are unique not only in TERA but most games. I am hoping we get to reveal some more about them as a race with more content updates.
We fixed the bug where your character information is incorrect, and has been deployed to production. This only fixes characters information going forward. Along with this we fixed the Elin bug.
For the people that have incorrect character info, we need to fix you guys during our next maintenance. So like Knoxxer said, enjoy it while it lasts.

A clean desk is the sign of a sick mind, or so the saying goes. Really can't argue with that, as I'm sure Minea would attest. It gets messier if I don't get my Mountain Dew. I need my caffeine. It is definitely mandatory. Minea is tougher, though. She's not an addict. I look up to her.
We wanted to do some giveaways before the planned sales and thought this would be a fun way to introduce the new EME logo to the forums at the same time. There are a bunch of items in the game that aren't necessarily for sale yet. The way we structure our updates is to avoid a ton of patches but 'unlocking' content. We can't just release all of the content at once. We have to continue to introduce regular new content to keep the game fresh and reasons to keep playing.
We've never said HOW many people can get codes. We're doing this over a two-day period to give people from all over a shot at these codes, and we're doing this only on the forums, as opposed to through a 3rd party site because we knew players were clamoring for these.
This is just about having a bit of fun as a community.
What an excellent use of the maid outfit Konalin. I appreciate your enthusiasm for the costume and glad that were able to decipher one of our codes. So far they have been pretty straightforward but that won't always be the case.
This reminds me of my recent visit to Korea. We spent our days walking through the streets of Seoul and started to realize just how many coffee shops there are in Korea. I am not sure why or what spurred this movement but it is truly remarkable. What is even more remarkable is the variety of coffee shops. For me, being a Seattle resident, I am used to having Starbucks everywhere. In fact there are 3 Starbucks on our corner alone. Each of these is part of a bigger building and not standalone. Anyways back to Korea. Their coffee shops are actually more individually owned or independent. So each one is a little bit of a gamble for what you will get in terms of quality and quantity. Plus the more locally owned ones tend to have less English. Not terrible - I have a basic level of Korean to get me through - but it can lead to some mishaps. I was talking to a colleague and he mentioned that there are even elite coffee shops that can charge something like $60 for an Americano. I can't imagine an Americano that would be worth $60 but I also can't imagine turning down the chance to taste one - if offered. But maybe that is the point. Price it high as a luxury and only those willing to spend the money will truly know the worth of the item.
So to tie this back to your maid shop - I am not sure that I can. I felt that this story had enough weight behind on it's own and this may be the perfect thread for me to tell it. I hope that it gave you some insight, some laughs, some tear,s and maybe just maybe some memories.
We're monitoring closely how the servers are doing both with data and anecdotally. As of right now we don't feel that the two new servers are ready yet, but we feel that it is close.
As Knoxxer said, a certain amount of people can redeem a code once it's out. Once they are all redeemed, the code won't be usable. Also anyone who's redeemed a code already won't be able to redeem another code. :)
As you may have heard we will be offering the maid uniforms for the elin for sale next week. However in the spirit of the coming holiday we have decided to place some Easter eggs throughout our posts today and tomorrow. If you see an En Masse employee post there is a chance that a phrase used within the post will actually be a code that redeems for one 7-day Princess Rida’s Maid Uniform and a 7-day Maid’s Frill.

How to enter a code?

Today we have some really cool updates to the less sexy side of an MMO – the Launcher and the Forums. Halrath filled you in last week on the launcher details, but we listed them again below now that they are live. For the Forums, this is a big update that will help improve your time in the forums. These updates are going live as we speak so if you don't see them yet be patient they should be available by the end of the day.
As for the forum visuals they will be updated as well. We decided to release the new functionality first and work on getting the visual redesign out in the coming weeks. Take a peek at what we are working on if you are interested – these are a work in progress (straight from our designer) so expect changes and tweaks.
You can now display the character of your choice next to your name within the forums, including your Name, Class, Race, Server and Level. Go to your profile to choose the character you wish to display.
Please note that once you choose a character you can no longer select ‘no character’ This is a bug we will fix it.
Gained a level? Go back and select the character again to refresh it. We will work on making this automatic in the future.

We, as moderators, now have the ability to reply to a thread and insert that post as the #2 post.
If we have replied to a thread in this manner then you will notice an En Masse icon next to the thread.
Click on this icon and it will take you to the first reply by an En Masse employee in the thread
Posts will now automatically hide, or collapse, after enough people have reported it.
You can easily view the collapsed posts by clicking on it to unhide it or a moderator may choose to unhide it as well.

Okay. There are numerous good suggestions and ideas, but there's a lot of vitriol and lashing out, so I'm going to lock this down. Please don't take this to mean the thread wasn't successful. I'm going to take some of these ideas and run with them.

Both EU and US do not region block each other. We know there are a ton of cross guild players and didn't want to inhibit those pre-existing relationships. You are free to choose either service in the UK.
It was a crash, not a reboot. No one got a warning. The servers WERE going to be rebooted, and that's what the earlier messaging was about.
Ops informs me that all servers and services look green across the board. If anyone's still experiencing issues, please let me know and I'll stay on top of the problem.
We are going to restart just the dungeon and matchmaking servers shortly on LT and AV. Actual gameservers will not go down, but there will be interruption to people in dungeons on those servers. We will message in-game when the 1hour countdown till this happens starts.
Arwydd, I totally did that not knowing there was anyone in the tavern. My sole goal was to avoid the main squares so people didn't lag out. The dracoloth wasn't set to aggro, and after I realized the goof, I went in and warned everyone, who came out and stared at the dracoloth for several minutes before attacking.
That said, I would not do so again. I apologize. In truth, we just wanted to inject a little surprise and levity to the dracoloth invasion.
Good news about the caps and antlers: in the next patch, those items will be tradeable again. Feedback assimilated, fought for, and desired results achieved.

What EME should do is add winners/losers boxes to arenas and give them a chance of giving the pets, now that might get people in arenas and serve as a cool little event.
We listen to opinions and feedback and then back it up with game driven data.
We don't use forums for statistical data because it doesn't always represent the majority. We use the forums for discussion and ideas that the production team uses as a basis to dig into the real numbers in the game.
Each publisher can release the items on their own schedule. We plan on these items as well. We just released the armor templates but you shall have something to help clean up around the city in the next big item release.
I've just come here to say thanks for making a very civil and articulate thread on this topic. I honestly came here expecting much more flame wars but am pleasantly surprised.

The delays referenced above are exactly the type of thing that we are pushing hard to get rid of. For those that have had extended waits we are incredibly sorry and are working as quickly as we can to reduce the back log of tickets. In the last few days we have been able to address thousands of customer issues and have made great progress on the backlog. If you have submitted a ticket, but have not received a response yet -- we haven't forgot about you.
Looking through this thread, I think everyone's said their piece, and perspectives will not change on this. It's run its course, so I'm locking it down.
I'm sorry you hit a speedbump with your elite status. There's no system issue that we're aware of, so you'll need to contact CS so they can troubleshoot this for you.
There was a specific outage with instance matching for the battlegrounds not talking with VT last night. We tracked it down and fixed it by restarting the services earlier this morning.

Just tested it and put in a ticket myself, doesn't seem to be an issue on our end. As Naoto said, you could try using another browser. You might also want to try clearing your browser's cache and making sure you have cookies enabled.

Granted near the start there will of course be a lot of founders, but over a year or so they'd thin out, and being able to show you helped support the game at an early stage is a great thing to show off :(

In many cases our servers are back up before we really have the chance to make a thread about it, explain and pin it. We try to be reactive in most user made threads since it's easier for us to respond to rather than to fork the conversation. If the outage becomes prolonged than more communication will be given. Any planned outage is always communicated about an hour in advance unless it is an absolute emergency.

The operations team informs me that all the servers should be up and the login services returning to normal. You may want to close all the way out (including the launcher) before trying to get back in, but things should be good now.
There are several issues at the moment, including the ability to log in. We're aware of it and working as hard as we can to get you back into the game.

With the rise in players, we’ve seen a rise in dracoloths around the world of TERA. They’re too big to handle alone, so collect some friendly fighters and head out to find them. They could be anywhere—but they’re dracoloths, so they’re not exactly inconspicuous.
Corpse camping won’t work on these things, though—once they’re down, they’re down for good.
PVE servers are "Player vs. Environment" servers. PVP servers are "Player vs. Player," and involve much more player killing. Same content, but somewhat different focus.
As for your login issue, this guide should be able to get you back into the game.
JDB, I appreciate what you're saying. I understand you're unhappy, and no one is saying you don't have a right to feel frustration or complain.
Unfortunately, this particular change was forced upon us. Minea (who is currently unavailable or she would answer this herself) isn't any happier about it than you, but the rules change is why the deadline was extended.
The original plan was to put it on the elite bar, but it failed in implementation and testing. Then the choice was either to not have it in the Elite Status package at all, or just give everybody 1 for 30 days.
The limitations on Item Claim has already been discussed in this thread, so I won't go any further on that.

Not much help if you want to use your old character, but i just came here (http://tera.enmasse.com/download), used the streaming download option and within 20 minuts I was playing a new character. No big deal for me cause i wanted to try a new class anyway. It downloads the first parts of the game, lets you start playing a char that is lower than level 10 and DL's the rest of the content on the background. Eventualy u will be able to get back to the + level 10 character of yours. Again, may be useless for you, but it worked out for me, maybe this can help someone.
This problem happends to me every patch. The only thing that solves it is to download the entire game. Sorry for my english, not native.
You can use the streaming downloader on existing accounts too. It just may not be optimal. We also have a bittorrent of our full installer up.
For those of you that have submitted a ticket over the last few weeks you may have noticed a delay in our response. This is not something that we want or are happy with. In order to process the back log of tickets in our queue, we will be making a temporary adjustment to our support offerings. I have said this before but... we are sister companies with Bluehole Studio. We both answer to the same board of directors - but we have different objectives for each company. Ours is to publish games in North America and Bluehole Studios is to make cool games.

I'm glad everyone got their lions now. There is a bug when you drag the lion to your shortcut bar, the icon won't display. It will still work, but it won't display the icon.
That's just a small portion of the entries, we got quite a bit more than what I expected so we're excited to watch them all (even if it takes a while)!

The city watch has a standing reward of 50 gold pieces for his capture—but if you do catch Eimhin, he’ll trade some treasures for his freedom.

The hunt will take place on Thursday, March 14, with specific time slots for each server. All times are Pacific.
Lake of Tears: Noon–1 p.m.
Ascension Valley: 1–2 p. m.

Valley of Titans: 3–4 p.m.
Mount Tyrannas: 4–5 p.m.
Celestial Hills: 5–6 p.m.
2. Instructions
• Be logged in during the specified times and get ready to catch Eimhin! Decipher Eimhin’s taunts and track him down in Velika or the Velika Outskirts.
• Eimhin will hide 3 times per server within a one-hour period. During each round, the first three players to find him at each location will win prizes (double prizes if their characters are wearing green)! After the hour is up, Einhim will vanish.
3. Prizes
• Each time Eimhin hides, the first three players who find him will receive the following prizes:
First place winners will receive 125 spellbinds and 2 apothecary dyes.
Second place winners will receive 75 spellbinds and 2 apothecary dyes.
Third place winners will receive 50 spellbinds and 2 apothecary dyes.
All prizes will be doubled if the winning character is wearing green somewhere.

TERA’s “No Sleep ‘til 60!” challenge encourages players to level through a world of true action combat, with special prizes for those who reach level 30, 40, 50, or 60. To enter, all you have to do is log in and level up!
The event will help you and your friends get ready for TERA’s exciting endgame, and is open to anyone with an active account. The challenge runs from 12:01 a.m. PDT, March 12 to 11:59 p.m. PDT, March 25. We'll check your progress after the event.

How did you come to hear about TERA and how long have you been playing?
I have a very long history with Final Fantasy 11, and since then I've always kept up with MMORPGs, including TERA. Although the game at release looked very interesting, I was unable to commit time to it due to a very busy schedule and only ended up getting a character to level 50. When I heard TERA was going F2P with the TERA: Rising update, I hastily downloaded the game client and started playing again!
TERAToday looks terrific and has a variety of content including player guides, news, and columns. What are your goals with the site?
When I had returned to the game for TERA: Rising, I found that many of the useful player resources were outdated. The guide authors had quit the game, and even though many players seemed to want to contribute updates to the guide, the limitations of forum posts restricted that. Thus TERAToday was born.
The primary goal of TERAToday.com is to offer up-to-date resources to players. The main opponent to this is the restriction of player-created content on forums. By bypassing the single-post nature of forums, resources posted on TERAToday are able to be edited by multiple users, or ownership of content can be transferred to another author. This allows guide authors to collaborate (if they so wish) on a guide, or for a guide to be maintained and kept up-to-date by various community members, regardless of whether the original author quits the game.
In addition to the constantly updated player resources, we wish to offer a place where the community can turn for all of their game news and update information. There is also support for articles written by players on whichever TERA-related topic they wish to write about, from skyfish watching to theory-crafting about how elins are the master race. Finally, I'm hoping to host and run large community events fairly often through TERAToday.
How has the community responded to your site? Future plans?
Of the feedback I've gotten so far about the site, it's been all positive, but it hasn't been easy to find people interested in writing articles or guides, or moving their current guide to the site. With that said, the guide authors who've moved theirs over, or have written guides specifically for the site, have all done an excellent job and receive high praise from users!
Going forward, I'd like TERAToday to become the greatest contributor of TERA information and news for players. In the future we'd like to have KTERA patch notes properly translated as they are released in Korea, so the non-Korean-speaking community can get a sneak peak at potential updates. Our goal is for more guides to be written, covering broader areas than just classes, such as instances or specific mechanics. We want to host and run community events, as well as showcase other events in the community. The layout and functionality of the website are flexible, so it's up to what community and content contributors want to create! We'd also like to continue working with both the NA and EU community managers in the future to bring TERAToday player resources and community events to the player base!
As we understand it, you are also looking for more content contributors. If someone is interested, how would they contact you?
The potential of TERAToday.com is endless, but we need the community's help to really create something amazing! As it stands now, we could really use a few more people interested in writing guides for the things we don't have yet: the missing classes, instance guides, and general guides on mechanics or game play that may be confusing. Interesting content such as role-play columns, lore, player experiences, or thoughts are all great too! I'd like to thank everyone who has visited the site or given feedback about it! I'm always interested in hearing feedback (good or bad, as long as it's constructive!), or ideas/suggestions about the site. The TERAToday site is nearly a month old, and has undergone many visual and back-end changes, and will continue to do so. I'd love to speak to anyone interested in helping make TERAToday even better!
I'd also like to thank En Masse for offering such a fantastic unrestricted F2P model for TERA, and hope that going forward, EME continues to listen to their players and community!
