The only change deployed this past Tuesday was the addition of the items releasing this Thursday. We're planning to push out some additional changes next week which will be detailed in patch notes to be released on Monday, November 21 at approximately 4 p.m. PST.

The next big TERA update is on the horizon. Announcing Fang and Feather, featuring a revamp for the Archer class, a brand-new 30-player raid dungeon that will pit players against the biggest of big [filtered] monsters, and much more!

The page for this update is now live and will be updated with additional information every Tuesday. The update itself will release later this month!

again with the soon tm

I don't have an exact date to give right now.
Server traffic is now getting back to normal so I want to take some time to give a brief update. It seems that the mass disconnects over the last several days can can be correlated to massive, brief surges in data being sent to our data center around the same time. We are working on tracking down the source of these data surges as well as ways to block them from happening.

Essentially all our inbound bandwidth is consumed when these surges happen so large batches of players are disconnected or see huge lag spikes.
We are seeing a rise in the number of disconnects right now (starting around 12:12 pm PST) and we are investigating.
There aren't any updates on this yet, but I wanted to let you guys know we've been tracking this discussion since the update. We agree that FWC should be reverted to non-equalized gear.

Thanks for your post, Nyxeros. I hope you don't mind I've removed my name from the title and replaced it with "En Masse," as I'm just the Community Manager and can mostly pass on the feedback that players have given. There are a lot of people on the EME team and these suggestions should be for all of us :)

I've been reading threads since the update and have been speaking with some Player Council members, and I'd like to acknowledge that there are more changes in addition to the ones you listed. Mainly, the updating of materials for higher tier armor within existing boxes and quest rewards. There are a few places we're planning to replace T8 with T9, T9 with T10, and so on.

I'll be talking with Denommenator about some of these changes this week with the hope that we can get a few changes in place soon.

If you guys have more suggestions, please leave them here.

@Spacecats This seems like a great start! Has there been ANYTHING regarding Fraywind Canyon for an update?

We've been chasing this topic with Bluehole. We'd like to remove the equalization but it's not clear how simple of a change that will be because it was baked into the last update. It's not exactly a setting we can flip on and off, unfortunately. If there's more news I'll post it in an announcement because obviously a lot of players are interested.

Elite Gift Boxes should no longer deliver T8 Feedstock anymore. It should have been adjusted to T9 and T10 now.

I am surprised nobody complained so far. And I am pretty sure its easy to fix.

It has been brought up. It just hasn't been addressed quite yet. The team is aware and will get this changed soon.

I dont see this as a call out.

It is. You're naming and accusing specific groups or individuals in attempt to start a witch hunt. That's exactly what the forum rule is here to prevent. I've removed some of your content calling out these players.

That doesn't mean we don't care! It means you posted this in the wrong place, and posts like this can result in nothing but forum drama. If you think a player or group is exploiting TERA somehow, you should report them by creating a Customer Support ticket and providing as much detail as you can so they can be investigated. Our CS crew is the team that deals with issues like these, and while they're experienced in identifying cheaters, they need your help/information. A player that's exploiting the game has a much better chance of being caught after they're reported.

That's Fencecats. He belongs there.

We've got an official announcement up concerning the server issues. This thread now consists of several duplicate posts about the same topic. Please continue the discussion here, thanks! https://forums.enmasse.com/tera/discussion/9028/recent-server-stability-issues
@Spacecats @Denommenator thanks for the update with the status on the lag situation. Is there anything we can do on our end to help, like trace route or our ISP info we can give to assist? I personally don't have lag or DC issues much myself but I see it happen to others on my screen and it's quite annoying to say the least.

We'll let you know in this thread if there's any info that will help the Ops team with their investigation. Right now nothing comes to mind. Thanks very much for offering!
Reserving to communicate further information.
Hi all,

There are a lot of threads about this topic already. We've read all your posts, but I'll be closing/merging those threads so we can get conversation all in one stickied place (right here).

We're definitely aware of how much trouble the servers have been experiencing lately. Every indication that we've received thus far is that the cause of the instability is external, either brought on by attacks on our data center or general internet congestion, but that's really no excuse. The prolonged instability the game has suffered lately is unacceptable for an En Masse game and we know you guys agree.

We have our Operations team looking at this with the highest urgency. We'll be meeting directly with the affected service providers today in hopes of narrowing down exactly what the problem is. Denommenator and I will post in this thread when we know more. Obviously it's super frustrating to experience lag and disconnects like this even when you know it's being investigated, but we ask that you try to stay patient while we pursue a concrete and hopefully lasting resolution. Once we're confident that some resolution has been reached, we'll begin to discuss the appropriate compensation for our players. Thanks all!
I've deleted some posts in this thread that link to third party applications, which is against the TERA terms of service. Please don't discuss that sort of stuff in the forums. Thanks everyone!
Just received a report from our service provider that they believe the issue is resolved. We're awaiting a report from them on the root cause.

If you were experiencing trouble logging in or server disconnects, please try again and report back if you continue to experience issues.
Our service provider has been made aware of the issue and is actively working on a solution. We are awaiting an update.
Our Operations team is investigating internet issues surrounding our data center which are affecting inbound traffic and causing the current log in issues. I'll report back with any updates as I receive them.
TERA experienced a massive spike in inbound traffic which caused some extra latency across all servers (but no server crashes) Things have returned to normal but we'll investigate the cause.
That was a good stream! Thanks everyone who joined in. As I mentioned on the air, I have a small "thank you" gift for the teams that managed to participate. I'll send those early next week :)

If you won a raffle prize today, check your Twitch inbox for an item code!

Corsair's Stronghold turned out to be pretty fun. I'd like to run it again next week. Look for a forum thread and we'll try to match forum users together in raids.
Green/red costumes, related accessories, and dyeable versions next week.

Black and white plus accessories for Black Friday.

Just curious, how come Baracos and Akasha's trial isn't on the list?

The main reward is tokens, and those aren't dropped. They're basically like Killing Spree credits and not items. So it doesn't make sense to triple the actual drops there.
Merged multiple threads about the Triple Drop into this one. Please try not to create duplicate threads, thanks!

Can we have list of dungeons that have triple drop rate?

Yes, but please stay on topic in this thread. The list will be posted elsewhere.
Yeah, sorry the announcement is a little behind this morning. There was a slight change hopefully PvPers will appreciate. Basically we are running Power Hour both this and next weekend, and the jackpot mentioned on our Milestone list will be next weekend instead of this weekend (when everyone's running dungeons anyway). We'll have more info on the contents of the jackpot once we've made sure the event tools properly deliver the rewards.
It's going up soon, sorry for the wait.

@Musita - We're hoping to get a news post up in the next few hours (before the stream starts) telling people what to expect this weekend.

Can you clarify if triple drop is gonna happen today or not, since people need to clear schedule and such, can't just sit here for next few hours to wait for a news post.

it said November 12 on extra life page.

It did, but we decided to run it between 11am today and 11am Monday.
@Musita - We're hoping to get a news post up in the next few hours (before the stream starts) telling people what to expect this weekend.
Starting today (11/11) until Monday, November 14 at 11 a.m. PST, scrolls will again drop according to the same logic as last weekend.
iAqRaLV.jpg

Join me tomorrow starting at 3:00 PM PST on the En Masse Twitch channel for some chaotic PvP!

Here's what I need. If you're a 5-player PvP team at the top of your game, post in this thread before the show with the following info:
  • Your character.
  • Your server.
  • The names of your four teammates.
  • Your team name (name up something radical).
  • A screenshot of your team striking a sweet pose (optional).

I'll be looking for two teams from the same server. Barring that, I'll wander across a few servers and grab volunteer teams who are tuning in. Those 5-player teams will be summoned into a 5v5 Champion's Skyring best of 3 match... with a few added obstacles. <3

Towards the end of the stream, I'll specifically go to Mount Tyrannas and queue people up for a larger battleground, spawning BAMs in the midst of the battle. You might think you're the champion of CS, but can you manage to siege a stronghold with Kelsaik guarding the doors? We've actually never spawned monsters this way before in Corsair's so... it will be interesting to see how it plays out :D

For our non-PvPers out there, tune in and watch the mayhem while we raffle off some costumes and other goodies in the Twitch chat. See you there! https://www.twitch.tv/enmasseentertainment
The news post will come out tomorrow, and the Triple Drop will be this weekend.

We've tallied up the proceeds of the Extra Life bundle, and it looks like we completely crushed the 14k Milestone and ended up at $17,445! There is going to be an extra "thank you" to show our love, but we want to nail down the details before making the post live.
We saw the ping spike around 4:20 PST as well. We are still troubleshooting the problem to see if we can figure out why people are disconnecting.
Our primary concern is getting server connectivity stabilized. We are planning some form of compensation for the stability problems, but we haven't finalized those plans.
We just turned off our Zayo connection and failed over to one of our other internet providers. We will monitor performance with this change for the next 24 hours to see if the situation improves.
We are seeing the lag spikes again right now and we are investigating, but we do not have clear answers at this point. We have been talking to Bluehole to see if they see anything in the error logs. We have contacted our internet service providers to see if they are noticing problems with our circuit. We are checking all the authentication servers to see if any of them are acting up. We are checking the server hardware to see if there are configuration problems that could be affecting people. We are using network conditioning tools to see if we can simulate the launcher and client issues all of you are reporting.

This is a major concern for us. Our primary goal is to keep as many people in the game as possible so right now we are focusing on actions that will not kick everyone out of the game. Please continue to post your screenshots, and let us know where you are connecting from, what you were doing when you were kicked out of the game. We do look at all these reports and we are trying to pinpoint the problem.
We understand that the US election is something that a lot of people want to talk about. However, discussion about real-life politics is not allowed on the forums. There are plenty of other areas on the internet where this can be discussed.

1) CONTENT: The following sections outline language, expression, and naming of characters, accounts, or guilds, clear or masked, which is not allowed on the TERA official forums.

A. Race, Ethnicity, Gender, Nationality, Language, Life Choices, Religion, and Politics
- Anything that promotes, is recognized as, or alludes to symbols of racial, ethnic, gender, national, life choice, religious, political hatred or slurs, or derogatory content based on spoken language.
- Anything related to real life politics.
- Anything related to real life religion.
Our Operations team is investigating the issues reported in this thread with our various partners and service providers. We have not yet identified a root cause but we have definitely observed irregularities over the past couple days that align with the issues players are reporting in this thread.

What would be helpful is specific report of errors you received (on the launcher), as some players have submitted, or the symptoms you're experiencing (such as "disconnected during this dungeon at this time" or "I can't log in").

We appreciate your patience while we investigate these issues and apologize for the inconvenience they've caused; I know it's been extremely frustrating.
Hi everyone! I'm finally back in the office after about 16 hours of sleep. There's not a lot that I can add that other Dream Stream Team folks haven't already said. You guys are amazing and I had such a great time hanging out with you all. Thank you for doing some truly incredible work for charity.

On a more personal note, I also wanted to thank you for being so welcoming to myself and Donkey Prophet. Going into this, I was a little nervous about going in front of a new community, but you were all incredibly kind and I had so much fun chatting with you. I'm already jotting down ideas for next time - I can't wait!

PS: @BearShoes I appreciate the offer but I'm taking a break from jelly beans for the foreseeable future.

They are now, yes.
The dungeon specific reset scrolls will be distributed via other means that we are still working on.
The TERA servers will be down for maintenance on November 8 from 7 to 11 a.m. PST. This extended maintenance is required for our Operations team to perform some necessary hardware updates.

During this extended maintenance, the web store for all EME titles will be inaccessible. This means that purchasing EMP, purchasing products with EMP on the web, and player EMP balances will be inaccessible during the maintenance.

That was one of the most awesome things I've ever been a part of, and it was all because of you. I woke up yesterday morning (I think? What day is it?) as the newest PM on TERA expecting to hang out and have a good time, play some games, and raise some money for a good cause. But what I feel like happened is we started a movement where we, as members of the En Masse family, proved we can come together and work together to make amazing things happen. That's what I was talking about Friday in my Introduction. That's the thing that makes En Masse such an amazing place to be. The passion behind the scenes, the passion behind the screens, and the passion in your hearts.

What you all did today was extraordinary, and I am so, so, SO happy you let me be a part of this.

Thank you so much. I'll see you guys soon.

Oh Wait!! Hey!! i Just remembered we're not quite done!! It's still Extra Life Weekend 2016 and there's still the EME 2016 Extra Life Bundle in the TERA Store. This bundle has some really cool stuff I'll list below, and 100% of the proceeds go to the Seattle Children's Hospital via Extra Life 2016. You were right there with us, you know how important this is to so, so many people. It's only 495 EMP; so get 'em before they're gone, because at midnight they evaporate into the moonlight like a ghost-wife in the night.

When you buy this Bundle, you receive:
[*] A Winged Band
[*] A pair of Skyblue Pixel Sunglasses
[*] An Exclusive, Only-Available-This-Weekend Buffalo Bill Bear.

(Full details can be found in this post)

This stuff is really, really cool and you can find out all about it, and the awesome time we had hanging out with the TERA community for 25 hours last night on our twitch page in the videos section (right now it's the unedited, uncut, super-hardcore all-night-long edition - it looks like our technical issues broke the video into a few hunks; however we plan on cutting it into smaller bite-sized pieces for your convenience once we recover ;)

Hey all. It does looks like this thread got a little out of hand, and some content has been removed which was disrespectful towards other players. Please remember that the TERA forums is a place for constructive conversation about the game. Don't be mean to others or accuse them of wrongdoing just because you disagree with them.
OP has requested the Thread be Locked.
Hey AV players, sorry for the downtime. It's not clear from our Ops team's initial report what the cause of the issue was, but the server is back up and running as of 20 minutes ago (it was down for a little more than an hour). All dungeon cooldown timers on AV have been reset, just in case anyone's dungeon run was interrupted by the outage.
So, the stream did happen... I got no notification of it. Well, thanks to @Desusky for posting the code.

If you're following us on Twitch, it should notify you whenever we go live at 3:00 every Friday. Also, we did post on Twitter and Facebook. Today was a bit of a whirlwind dealing with reset scrolls, so I do apologize for not making a stickied post like I usually do.

@SprocketDev - Regarding your chat comment, I'll admit I didn't see it before I was moderated. If this was really your comment:

"So gameforge gets working instance reset scrolls, including ones for the new dungeons, and what do we get? A weapon skin. Slow clap"

Then I'm not surprised one of our moderators removed it, to be honest. It's pure sarcasm, and grief over a topic that was already being covered during the stream. Compensation via a Twitch-given code would be a horrible idea. What about all the other players waiting for a resolution?

At the moment, a short term fix is in place to address resets for RM and LK, and we've already addressed normal Instance Reset Scroll in other places so I won't get into it here. I just wanted to say that people shouldn't tune into the Twitch stream for compensation, they should tune in to be part of the community and hear the latest news. Sometimes, like today, we're able to answer community questions. If the minor rewards we give away during the Twitch stream start becoming too much of an issue of complaint, the answer will be to simply stop giving out weekly item codes. They're meant as a "thank you" for watching and nothing more, and that is how they're presented verbally on the air.
Updated OP:

UPDATE (11/04 @ 4:48 p.m. PDT): Jackpot system was busted. We're dropping them off end bosses now. The rules are much the same, but we ditched the 50/50 chance (we only did this as the jackpot system required it):

1) Completion of the following dungeons will grant a reset scroll for Lilith's Keep (Normal):

- Shadow Sanguinary (Normal)
- Demokron Factory (Hard)
- Lilith's Keep (Normal)
- Vault of Kaprima (Normal)

2) Completion of the following dungeons will grant a reset scroll for BOTH Lilith's Keep (Hard) and Ruinous Manor (Normal):

- Lilith's Keep (Hard)
- Sky Cruiser Endeavor (Hard)
- Ruinous Manor (Normal)
- Shadow Sanguinary (Hard)

3) Completion of the following dungeons will grant a reset scroll for Ruinous Manor (Hard):

- Ruinous Manor (Hard)

Scrolls are being distributed as a drop off the end boss in the above dungeons and, upon pick-up, will distribute to all members in the party. All scrolls are bankable but not tradable.

This is a temporary resolution, we're working on a fix for the instance reset scrolls that will at the very least add back those dungeons that were removed from functionality upon release of Spellbound. Beyond this weekend, we'll continue to come up with some creative ways to get scrolls for the new dungeons in your hands.

The RMHM jackpot includes only RMHM scrolls in the reward. There's no crossover between which scrolls are granted in jackpot rewards.

UPDATE (11/03 @ 11:18 a.m. PDT): Until Sunday, November 6 at 11:59 p.m. PDT, we'll be distributing reset scrolls for the new dungeons according to the following methods:

1) Completion of the following dungeons will grant a reset scroll for Lilith's Keep (Normal):

- Shadow Sanguinary (Normal)
- Demokron Factory (Hard)
- Lilith's Keep (Normal)
- Vault of Kaprima (Normal

2) Completion of the following dungeons will grant a reset scroll for either Lilith's Keep (Hard) or Ruinous Manor (Normal) at 50/50 chance:

- Lilith's Keep (Hard)
- Sky Cruiser Endeavor (Hard)
- Ruinous Manor (Normal)
- Shadow Sanguinary (Hard)

3) Completion of the following dungeons will grant a reset scroll for either Lilith's Keep (Hard) or Ruinous Manor (Normal):

- Ruinous Manor (Hard)

Scrolls are being distributed as a jackpot at a 100% chance. All party members will receive the scrolls as a parcel delivery following successful completion of the dungeon. All scrolls are bankable but not tradable.

This post was previously removed, I have since edited it to sound less mean. If this post is removed again despite there being no profanity, vitriol, or otherwise, then I have lost all hope for this game.

I appreciate you taking the time to post your thoughts in a way that complies with the forum rules. Those rules are here so we can have great discussions even when it's about something that need improving. Thanks for taking the time to do this.
@Spacecats Most of us in the community are really confused on how it's possible to continue to mess up and it really does seem as if the EME staff is just covering up their mistakes and coming up with shorthanded excuses and appeal to our sympathy in an attempt to gain the moral high ground.

That's an easy thing to answer, but easily excused/dismissed especially during times when things are broken. TERA is a living, breathing game with constant updates being made to a variety of systems which have been implemented over years of development. It's not possible for us to catch some of the small things (small in the grand scheme of the game, not small in impact, like a single-item getting broken). If nothing ever changed in TERA, there would be no new bugs, but that would be a pretty boring state of being for an MMO.
Further attempts to save face come off as poorly constructed, and seem to further alienate the loyal community who have been with tera for a long period of time. It's time for this to stop. It can be easily fixed with an apology towards the community, and to fix the issue we are all asking for.

Really sorry you feel this way. We're trying our absolute best! Is there a specific "attempt to save face" that you're thinking of? Most of our time has been spent either answering questions, implementing small fixes while we wait for answers to big fixes, or organizing future events. Communicating is important, but we know that the real communication players want is the news that they're about to get what they want. At the moment, that isn't happening. We're not about to make a promise that we know we can't keep.
There have been a few discrepancies in the conduct and handling of TERA. More recently, it appears that reset scrolls have been broken at the start of patches, yet they were fixed at latest by the start of the next week. This is not the case with the latest patch. A lot of people are very obviously unhappy with this,

I feel like this is the crux of your post, BUT... there are already a lot of posts about Instance Reset Scrolls. It's on everyone's mind, especially ours. So let's just say this thread is NOT a duplicate and I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. <3
and especially with the latest announcement that the future fixing of the reset scrolls will NOT include the two newest dungeons is completely unacceptable. There was no clear communication that there was future intent to change the function of reset scrolls, and two weeks after the patch we are still going to be unable to use it?

Denommenator's announcement actually said "Any solution would include dungeons that could previously be reset pre-patch (SS, SSHM, DF, and DFHM) as well as LK and RM."

I have a hard time believing this was not seen coming. The changes would obviously be noticed immediately. We as a community do not understand why there was no notice of acknoledgement until far into the complaints.

Im shocked that you're still making us wait instead of hotfixing.

It really appears that you dont care about a very vocal majority of your community, and it is completely obvious that just fixing reset scrolls in their entirety would make everyone happy.

Going forward and attempting to continue on your current path will only serve to annoy and alienate your playerbase further. It needs to stop.

Our QA team doesn't test things like this (nor is it able to, in the interest of getting content out in a timely manner), especially if they are not part of an update. Getting a little deeper into our process, we're provided with notes detailing game changes, and we make sure those work properly and are localized from Korean in a way that makes sense.
EME staff promised more clear and more frequent communication, and you are simply upsetting everyonr futher by damage controls and not fixing the issue.

@Spacecats
Tl;Dr: fix resets. People happy. Dont change things without announcement and expect that nobody will notice or be upset.

Also, stop screwing us over. Just fix the scrolls.

Again, we could not communicate the Instance Reset Scroll issue because we did not realize they wouldn't function as they have been. Because the Instance Reset Scrolls aren't in many other regions, it's not something Bluehole saw coming either. We're currently awaiting answers from Bluehole that will prevent scrolls from breaking again in the future. While it's unfortunate that they broke in the first place, we've been working very hard to correct the issue.
The Victorian ones are still on the way. We didn't forget about them!
We are currently discussing with the developers the situation around instance reset scrolls. While it was by design that the new dungeons could not be reset using existing scrolls upon release of Spellbound (in the sense that these are the build's default settings and it is with these settings the build was shipped globally), we understand this is not the norm in our version, so we're exploring what can be done to improve the situation in response to player feedback. This might include distributing dungeon-specific reset scrolls in the context of an event or giveaway or it might mean allowing the existing scrolls to reset the new dungeons in the build. Any solution would include dungeons that could previously be reset pre-patch (SS, SSHM, DF, and DFHM) as well as LK and RM.

I'll report back with any new information, timing, etc. once I have it. We are approaching this with urgency and will take some form of action in a short timeframe.

Last year and the year before it was announced weeks before extra life took place. This year it was announced just a few days before its set to take place, and yet we are still unaware of the rewards or thresholds and extra life is 2 days away.

You guys are slacking pretty hard :|
But that doesn't surprise me anyway.

@LancerJiva - It's been in planning for a little while now without an announcement going out, but this is mostly a consequence of Extra Life falling at an odd time in this year's schedule, being directly after both Mangragora/Halloween and Spellbound. In any case, I think we're still ready to have a great weekend :)

1 dragon passive and 1 quatrefoil brooch are increase similar amount of damage of the fight is short. But 2 dragon passive(Royal +regular) for fast hitting class is much better than quatrefoil brooch alone in mid or long fight. @Spacecats told me that having 2 types of dragon passive dragons is same as just have 1 Royal dragon passive(cause they overwrite) but he just don't understand they both (Rex/master passive) does not share a same
Internal cd. This was one of the selling point.

Please re-read my correction above regarding my understanding of the effects. Also, the interactions between passives is not mentioned anywhere in the store or descriptions of the items, and doesn't qualify as a selling point. The two passives are, for all intents and purposes, treated as individual effects in the game, just as any player spell/passive is treated.
In the spirit of the thread title, here's proof that someone explained to me how double dragon passive works.

I was wrong and I feel bad for being wrong. I've edited my original comment to reflect the truth.

The two passives DO NOT ALWAYS proc simultaneously. When each one procs, they last a moment and are visible on the effects bar. If the Dragon Master (1.5) procs first, and Draconis Rex (2.0) procs, Draconis Rex will override just as I said before, but there is a slim chance that Dragon Master will proc on its own, especially during very short fights just as Sametbh said. It's also true that before it gets overwritten, Dragon Master might let you get a few hits in with the extra crit power.

If Draconis Rex procs, immediately followed by Dragon Master, nothing will happen. You'll get a message like this:

As for the extra damage a player will get during moments where the two passives don't overlap and Dragon Master is active... that seems fairly negligible, in my opinion, but I do understand players that want to max out their DPS to the absolute max.
Hey Mahavala, I'm sorry you ran into this. Verbal abuse and vulgarity (in user names too) are taken quite seriously by our support crew. If you see this happening, the best thing to do is report it with a support ticket:
http://support.enmasse.com/tera/tickets/submit

While CS reps don't generally share the results of a report (they don't share account and banning info), so it's hard to know if someone's been punished, you can be 100% sure that the person you've reported will at least be investigated.

Beyond that... have you looked into finding yourself a guild? There are a lot of really great people who play TERA. It's possible you're just not seeing them because they're grouping with each other instead of relying on the instance matching system. You should visit the Guild Recruitment forums and find yourself a good hunting party that you can enjoy chatting with!

R u talking about those p2w reset scroll that ktera has? [Removed]

Moderator edit - Name calling is against forum rules. Please be more polite to others.

No I'm not.
The two passives proc simultaneously. If you have both Draconis Rex and Dragon Master, Draconis Rex will be applied instead of the less powerful Dragon Master passive.
I can add that while we're aware of Project W here at En Masse, Bluehole is used to working with multiple publishers just as we're used to working with multiple developers. They're going the route they feel is best for this particular project. This doesn't affect the TERA you guys know and love. En Masse will continue supporting TERA as best we can, and like you guys we wish Bluehole luck with Project W. We look forward to seeing what happens!
